Uber Chicago has seen insane growth and our team has been crankin’, but our Operations Team doesn’t have the knowledge or expertise to take care of our awesome community of driver partners. 

You:

• Exceptional writing skills - able to break down complicated issues and communicate them efficiently & clearly
• Creative - Photoshop/blogging experience a plus
• Outgoing - able to control a room and sell me on a product
• Patient - able to remain calm during stressful situations

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with our driver partners
• Proactively engage our driver partners to create an awesome community
• Work with our operations team to streamline process and assist in intelligently scaling a growing business
• Able to manage projects from start to finish
